Salary: $90,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Own business-critical platform capabilities for Salesforce-centric workflows across Sales, Renewals, Partner, Support, and Finance.
• Maintain a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Create detailed user stories and requirements rooted in real customer problems.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, to ensure predictable delivery.
• Perform competitive and win/loss analysis to inform product and process improvements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and feature development to sunsetting legacy solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in agile environments.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, M365, Teams, and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a metrics-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal or legal technology environments.
• Knowledge of document management systems and/or M365.
