What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and long-term strategy across the entire product portfolio.
• Own and maintain integrated roadmaps for data relay, hosted payload, and real-time connectivity solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities within government, commercial, and defense sectors globally.
• Partner with engineering, solutions architects, and sales teams to deliver products successfully.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders in Europe, Canada, and the US.
• Establish success metrics and scale product processes as the organization grows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the space, satellite, defense, or deep tech industries.
• Track record of owning complex product portfolios and executing technical roadmaps.
• Experience working with commercial and defense customers in Canada, the US, and Europe.
• Must be based in Europe, Canada, or the US.
• Ability to travel 15-25% within Europe and North America, including visits to the Toronto HQ.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with satellite communications, networking, or mission operations.
• MBA or advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with teams in North America.
