What you will do

• Review complex tax returns, including consolidated, multi-state business, and tiered partnerships.
• Prepare and review income tax provisions and sign returns under principal supervision.
• Identify and research tax technical topics and planning opportunities for clients.
• Manage client engagements, project flow, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for staff at all levels.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to generate new business opportunities and expand client networks.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of current public accounting experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
• 4+ years of tax compliance experience (Forms 1040, 1120-S, 1065).
• CPA or EA certification.
• Proficiency in computerized tax software and Microsoft Office.
