• Select and refine generated footage with a focus on tone, performance, and composition.
• Shape narrative pacing and maintain emotional continuity across short films.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously through various AI generation stages.
• Provide critical feedback on scripts, shot choices, and visual directions.
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI techniques to evolve team capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in editing or video production.
• Proven background in narrative fiction, commercials, or digital drama content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Suite/Photoshop.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco.
• Deep understanding of framing, mood, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to make creative narrative decisions independently.
