TL;DR
Client Enablement Lead (Fintech): Owning the end-to-end client and partner experience for learning and utilizing the platform with an accent on knowledge base strategy and training ecosystems. Focus on reducing onboarding friction, scaling content via AI tools, and aligning cross-functional teams to enable client self-sufficiency.
Location: Hybrid in New York City (Must work onsite Tue-Thu)
Salary: $141,000 – $162,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute the external knowledge base strategy, including docs, tutorials, and videos for various personas.
- Collaborate with Technical Solutions to create training programs that reduce time-to-value for clients.
- Audit and improve materials based on support tickets and client feedback to proactively fix gaps.
- Create internal onboarding and training resources for Sales, Product, and Technical Solutions teams.
- Establish documentation standards and information architecture leveraging AI writing tools.
- Measure success through self-serve resolution rates, onboarding completion, and CSAT.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in client enablement, technical content strategy, or customer education.
- Proven track record of owning documentation end-to-end, including strategy and structure.
- Experience designing for both client-facing and internal personas with varying technical depths.
- Proficiency with AI writing tools and platforms such as Notion, Readme, or Confluence.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences without losing accuracy.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays through Thursdays onsite).
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, identity verification, or API-driven B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with developer-facing documentation such as API references, integration guides, and SDKs.
