What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Platform Engineers aligned to Identity sub-domains with clear ownership, prioritization, and execution standards.
• Drive scalable demo and evaluation readiness across the Identity portfolio, managing releases, content updates, and lifecycle governance.
• Coordinate as primary interlock between Identity Domain Consulting, Product Management, Product Marketing, and GTM stakeholders.
• Translate product roadmaps and messaging into demo and evaluation execution plans with ownership and timelines.
• Own operational readiness for product launches and cross-pillar initiatives, aligning resources with business impact.
• Monitor execution metrics, identify gaps, drive improvements, and maintain feedback loops with consultants.

Requirements

• Location: United States
• 8–12+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Product-focused GTM roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership, preferably leading senior individual contributors.
• Deep understanding of technical sales cycles, demo strategy, and customer evaluation frameworks.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Product Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize strategy into scalable frameworks, with strong prioritization in matrixed organizations.
• Executive communication, process rigor, and coaching capabilities.
