What you will do

• Operate and sustain VTC systems and facilities, including pre-conference setup, testing, and live session monitoring.
• Provide desk-side support, user training, and instruction on VTC equipment and conferencing tools.
• Coordinate VTC sessions using scheduling software and manage participant alignment.
• Perform crypto keying for secure teleconferences and assist with SIPRNET kiosks.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, network, and connectivity issues in real time.
• Document activities, issues, and resolutions; coordinate with IT, AV, and network teams; ensure compliance with DoD and Army policies.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 8 years client support and system deployment in Microsoft Windows environments.
• 3+ years specialized experience with Windows Server 2019, Exchange, Forefront TMG/ISA, SharePoint, SQL Server 2019 or current.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, PC architecture, software imaging, VTC operations, and crypto keying.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related, or 8+ years related experience.
• Security+ (IAT II) certification required.
