Salary: $128,000–$195,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage the supply chain organization to achieve corporate, group, and divisional goals.
• Improve on-time delivery, cost reduction, and product quality of all products and services.
• Establish and monitor procedures for planning, purchasing, and manufacturing across all product lines.
• Create and maintain inventory targets and manage the supply chain budget for the division.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements internally and with suppliers.
• Negotiate key contracts and supplier agreements while coaching and mentoring staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Material Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain.
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFAR.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP based material control systems.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
