What you will do

• Lead end-to-end global logistics, including inbound/outbound distribution and management of 3PL partners.
• Optimize global network design, transportation lanes, and carrier strategies to balance cost and service levels.
• Ensure strict trade compliance with US export controls, AES filings, and global regulatory standards.
• Drive digital transformation through TMS/WMS optimization and the implementation of data-driven KPI dashboards.
• Manage global budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives across distribution networks.
• Oversee dangerous goods (DG)/HazMat programs in compliance with IATA, IMDG, and DOT regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or a related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in global logistics or international operations.
• Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Proven track record of managing KPIs, budgeting, and cost optimization in multi-region environments.
• Experience with international shipping and dangerous goods (DG)/HazMat regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QAD) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications such as APICS (CSCP/CLTD), PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or logistics network redesigns.
