What you will do
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for analytical testing portfolios to drive revenue and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives to define unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Design and optimize multi-channel, metrics-based marketing campaigns for customer acquisition.
- Equip sales teams with battlecards, training, and go-to-market materials.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing applications team, prioritizing the development roadmap.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to align regional insights with innovation priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Toxicology, or Analytical Sciences (MS or PhD strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in life sciences or diagnostics.
- Deep expertise in analytical testing markets (clinical, forensic, anti-doping) and workflows (chromatography, mass spectrometry).
- Proven track record of executing data-driven marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
