What you will do

• Lead modeling, drawing development, coordination, and early engineering support within your primary discipline (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, etc.).
• Maintain model health, run clash tests in Navisworks, resolve coordination issues, and guide junior designers.
• Produce advanced calculations, specifications, research, and documentation with increasing independence.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s standards by refining workflows, templates, and submitting Pull Requests in GitHub.
• Manage multiple projects, estimate efforts, prioritize tasks, and support site visits or conditions verification as needed.
• Participate in meetings, communicate risks early, and ensure alignment across teams and deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in AEC industry with strong Revit proficiency, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation.
• Experience in technology systems design (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, etc.) and BIM coordination including clash detection.
• Advanced skills in Revit model management, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical judgment skills for managing workloads across projects.

Nice to have

• Experience leading BIM coordination and supporting engineering tasks like calculations and specs.
• Industry certifications: EIT, CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD (Telecom), PSP/CPP (Security), PE.
