What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Act as Live Trip Support during weekends, monitoring trips and resolving disruptions like delays or cancellations.
- Manage relationships with customers and educate them on Department of Transportation (DOT) rules.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in proprietary software and Sprinklr.
- Escalate critical service failures or safety concerns to appropriate internal teams.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure efficient customer experiences.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of customer service or logistics coordination experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, MS, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WY.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
