TL;DR

Design & Creative Fellowship (Product Design): Developing user-centered design skills and creating immersive digital experiences with an accent on AI-powered creation and safety. Focus on building core interaction design skills, experimenting with emerging technologies, and delivering a capstone project based on empathy and creativity.

Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Mateo, CA (On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Develop core skills in user-centered design, visual design, interaction design, and design thinking.
• Learn and apply design systems, prototyping tools, and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with senior designers and creatives to solve user and creator problems.
• Analyze the business and user/creator ecosystem to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Experiment with emerging technologies to push the boundaries of immersive experiences.
• Deliver a final capstone project demonstrating growth in design thinking and empathetic problem-solving.

Requirements

• Availability to work full-time on-site at the San Mateo, CA headquarters for the 6-month duration.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving in professional, academic, or personal contexts.
• Strong curiosity about user needs and the relationship between people and technology.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid US work authorization (Note: certain visa categories or H-1B sponsorship may not be supported).
