Fullstack Developer (Python/React)

TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (Python/React): Developing secure, high-performance financial applications for internal and external clients with an accent on scalability and reliability. Focus on building backend microservices and frontend interfaces using Next.js, leveraging Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines.

Location: Onsite presence 5 days per week in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX. Domestic relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js/Next.js and Python.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and microservices with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, utilizing Azure Functions and App Services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for efficient code delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across the full stack while ensuring code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent education with at least 8 years of experience).
• Proven full-stack engineering capability with modern stacks, specifically Next.js and backend frameworks.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and IaC using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Experience with containerized and cloud-native architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Sponsorship is not available for any type of visa.

Nice to have

• Experience with internal platforms such as SvelteKit or Nuxt.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled development practices.
