What you will do

  • Define and execute end-to-end TA strategy aligned with company growth and PE value-creation priorities.
  • Translate clinical, operational, and corporate workforce needs into scalable hiring plans.
  • Own demand forecasting in partnership with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Finance.
  • Personally lead recruitment for corporate leadership roles.
  • Develop differentiated sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and rural/underserved markets.
  • Partner with HR Operations to support M&A activity regarding talent diligence and workforce integration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with proven leadership experience.
  • Success in scaling TA functions within healthcare, services, or PE-backed environments.
  • Experience in recruiting clinical and frontline healthcare workers at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to build data-driven, metric-oriented recruitment strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent extensive experience.
  • Location: Must be based in the USA (specifically Chapel Hill or Charlotte, NC)
