What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 5+ designers through regular 1:1s and career development.
• Reimagine and consolidate the end-to-end buying experience to drive conversion and engagement.
• Connect design decisions to business metrics such as drop-off rates and user confidence using data and insights.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from deep discovery and research to high-quality delivery and iteration.
• Establish high standards for UX, UI, interaction design, and accessibility while contributing to the design system.
• Lead the exploration and integration of AI tools to optimize design exploration and synthesis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading other designers.
• Proven track record in digital buying, ecommerce, or growth-focused design.
• Experience leading transformation-scale design work across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in modern design tools including Figma, Miro, and Adobe CC.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in California (CA), USA.
