What you will do

• Lead the integration of accounting software solutions to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Bridge the gap between state government accounting practices and technical implementation.
• Define the vision, goals, and success metrics for managed products and services.
• Collaborate with designers and technical leads to synthesize user needs and business requirements.
• Guide stakeholders through complex public policy implementation and financial business processes.
• Conduct research on accounting standards and regulations to ensure system compliance.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states (e.g., CA, NY, TX, FL, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager of a cross-functional team.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial measurement tools and state government regulations.
• Experience running and shipping consumer web applications.
