What you will do

• Plan and implement procurement activities for materials, parts, components, equipment, and services.
• Direct and supervise a team of buyers to accomplish department and company objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement through Lead Time reduction, Kanban, and VMI programs.
• Coordinate with Commodity Managers and manufacturing to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Develop and analyze transactional KPIs using Oracle ERP.
• Interface daily with production teams, vendors, and contract manufacturers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations or Finance.
• 10+ years of purchasing experience within high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team of buyers.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, with Oracle experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation for senior-level reporting and decision-making.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future immigration sponsorship.
