What you will do

• Develop and execute a global channel communications strategy aligned with business priorities and regional needs.
• Create and manage partner-facing content, including global announcements, program updates, and product messaging.
• Collaborate with channel marketing, product, and corporate communications to ensure message consistency across all touchpoints.
• Optimize partner communication channels such as portals, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, channel marketing, or partner communications.
• Experience supporting global, regional, or partner-led organizations.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
• Fluency in using AI tools for content development, frameworks, and data analysis.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

• Experience in B2B, technology, or channel-driven business models.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as MSPs, resellers, and alliances.
• Experience working across global regions including EMEA, APAC, and Americas.
