What you will do

• Shape and execute the global social impact strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build and manage scalable advocacy and nonprofit partnerships.
• Define and track impact measurement frameworks and KPIs for program outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional data collection for annual ESG reporting and disclosures.
• Manage team OKRs, quarterly planning, vendor relationships, and operational workflows.
• Prepare executive and board-ready materials and drive impact storytelling.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in social impact, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in building mission-driven programs and managing partnerships.
• Deep understanding of impact measurement and ESG disclosure processes.
• Strong project management and operational rigor.
• Excellent executive-level writing and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Austin, TX office.
