TL;DR

Sr. Customer Success Manager (Identity Security): Managing customer loyalty and adoption of an AI-powered identity platform with an accent on value-based outcomes, subscription renewals, and relationship building. Focus on bridging the gap between complex technical software environments and business needs for Fortune 500 companies.

Location: Remote (USA), based in the SouthEast region (Atlanta). Must be available to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers following the implementation phase.
  • Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and proactively eliminate barriers to product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless, customer-focused launch and orientation process.
  • Develop trusting relationships with key customer personnel to identify and develop up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to solve technical problems and advance customer adoption.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal product teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is required.
  • Professional background in cybersecurity and/or compliance.
  • Extensive experience in customer success or account management for complex software implementations with Fortune 500 or Global 1000 companies.
  • Previous experience working within a SaaS organization.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into language meaningful to business stakeholders.
  • Availability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
