What you will do

• Manage the full supplier invoice cycle, from receipt and validation of purchase orders to payment issuance.
• Validate and reconcile purchase orders with invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Review, verify, and code invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance before entry into the accounting system.
• Issue payments via checks and electronic transfers.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance department.

Requirements

• DEC in Administrative Techniques (Accounting option) or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting within mid-sized or large companies.
• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft F&O (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
