What you will do
- Define and lead the Medical Affairs Enablement strategy, integrating firm-wide data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
- Design and scale offerings focused on medical operations, including sizing, alignment, deployment, and performance measurement.
- Develop frameworks for KOL identification, medical insight capture, and AI-enabled use cases.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Heads of Medical Affairs and executive stakeholders, especially in emerging biotech and launch-stage organizations.
- Lead complex client engagements, ensuring measurable operational and commercial impact.
- Drive business development and independently originate new client opportunities to expand the practice.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or related advisory roles within life sciences.
- Demonstrated leadership in consulting environments with direct exposure to field medical teams.
- Deep understanding of Medical's role in launch, early lifecycle, and specialty commercialization models.
- Experience optimizing medical team sizing, deployment, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, data infrastructure, and AI-driven insight synthesis.
- Proven ability to establish executive credibility and a track record of winning strategic consulting engagements.
