What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects from vetted government money recovery lists.
• Qualify prospects and generate interest in recovering owed funds.
• Handle initial questions and objections about the recovery service.
• Book qualified appointments or perform live transfers to closing specialists.
• Maintain and update lead records within the CRM system.
• Utilize skip tracing knowledge to locate and contact prospects.

Requirements

• Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence.
• Resilience and comfort with low conversion rates (1-2%) typical of cold calling.
• Experience using CRM systems and call tracking tools.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST.
