What you will do
- Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer.
- Set technical direction and personally manage high-leverage build and architecture decisions.
- Lead the transition of systems ownership and establish a clear operating model and governance framework.
- Embed AI into core workflows for forecasting, pipeline insights, and operational automation.
- Define and enforce data governance, master data management, and integration standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and core SaaS stack roadmaps to optimize costs and influence product direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership within B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading a team.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including designing their integration layer.
- Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling.
- Ability to operate closed-loop architectures (quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue) in multi-entity environments.
- Must have been hands-on with system configuration, automations, or data modeling within the last 12 months.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional systems programs end-to-end.
Nice to have
- Experience in PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environments with tight financial controls.
- Familiarity with multi-stream revenue models and revenue recognition complexity.
- Hands-on experience embedding AI/ML or agentic automation into operational workflows.
- NetSuite and/or Salesforce certifications.
