TL;DR

HR Systems Analyst (Hibob): Managing the core HRIS data architecture, workflows, and integrations to standardize and automate People Experience processes with an accent on scalability and compliance. Focus on leading system migrations, driving AI-driven process automation, and ensuring high employee data quality.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome, or Bologna). Must have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Own the Hibob HRIS system, including managing data architecture, workflows, access, permissions, and integrations.
  • Lead the implementation and migration to new tools and systems to improve PX services.
  • Define and evolve People Experience (PX) processes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Drive the automation of PX processes, including the implementation and management of AI applications.
  • Collaborate with PX functions (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions) to optimize the end-to-end employee journey.
  • Monitor and maintain employee data quality in coordination with Finance and BI teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, labor relations, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, including 1-2 years in a similar global role, ideally within a tech scale-up.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator and process owner, specifically leading HRIS implementation projects.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data compilation, research, and problem solving.
  • Legal right to work in your country of residence or the role's location.
