What you will do

• Support Quote-to-Cash processes, including CPQ workflows, order form review, and contract provisioning.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage billing, invoicing, and monetization workflows.
• Reconcile customer usage and revenue data across CRM, product, and finance systems.
• Serve as a Salesforce administrator, building reports, dashboards, flows, and system automations.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements leveraging AI tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable RevOps documentation as the company grows.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce administration skills (reporting, flows, automations).
• High proficiency in using AI tools like Cursor and Claude to optimize workflows.
• Experience working within a hyper-growth SaaS or AI company.
• Experience with CPQ and contract generation tools such as DocuSign Gen.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in ambiguous startup environments.
