What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce GTM solutions, translating complex business requirements into functional, scalable designs.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce features, workflows, and automation using Agentforce and Salesforce Flow.
  • Own the full project lifecycle from scoping and stakeholder alignment to testing and deployment.
  • Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for CRM applications according to defined SLAs.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party tools with Salesforce to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant.
  • Proven experience designing and building solutions specifically within Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations or GTM teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Agentforce in a business-critical environment.
  • Proven ownership of complex Salesforce initiatives from design to delivery.
  • Experience supporting global organizations across various geographies and time zones.
