What you will do

• Develop and update cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures referencing NIST 800-53 and the NIST CSF.
• Audit and track remediation items and findings to completion.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and manage cybersecurity needs.
• Translate high-level business requirements into enterprise security initiatives and programs.
• Promote cybersecurity within the organization and monitor adherence to established controls.
• Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for cybersecurity concerns across departments.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in complex business environments within domains like Access Control, Network Security, or GRC.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity frameworks (specifically NIST).
• Understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps, and Agile development processes.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
