What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on information security and ITSM industry best practices, standards, and regulatory guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standards, procedures, and evidence documentation.
• Facilitate the change management process and conduct production deployment evidence reviews.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of performance and conformance controls.
• Coordinate the collection of evidence to support IT audits and examinations.
• Perform gap analyses and implement process improvements for information security workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a cybersecurity analyst, IT auditor, software engineer, or technical analyst.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and IT risk management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical information.
• Must be based in or able to work from Fort Lee, New Jersey (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information assurance, or business administration.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL 4, ISO/IEC 27001, CompTIA Security+, or ISACA CRISC.
• Familiarity with FFIEC IT Handbook, SOC 1/2, PCI DSS, or COBIT 2019.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments like financial services, military, or healthcare.
