Salary: $96,900 - $118,400

What you will do

• Review MDX-related activities, communications, and materials for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Draft, update, and maintain operational risk controls and manage control inventories.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and driving remediation of findings.
• Perform root-cause analysis on complaints and track trends to escalate issues.
• Participate in PRCI and RCSA activities for risk identification and assessment.
• Translate federal and state regulatory requirements into actionable compliance guidance for operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work/education experience.
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience in quality, compliance, or data analysis.
• Must be based in Washington, Texas, California, Idaho, or South Carolina.

Nice to have

• CUCO (Credit Union Compliance Officer) or other relevant compliance designation.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies such as the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration).
• Strong expertise in federal and state regulations applicable to financial services.
• Proficiency in compliance management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
