What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout, ensuring quality and constructability.
• Coordinate designs, document decisions, and maintain alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor Designers and engineers through hands-on guidance, technical reviews, and structured feedback.
• Improve firm-wide standards and workflows by contributing to GitHub and internal documentation.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable problem-solving.
• Support business development by contributing to technical narratives, project pursuits, and interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and lead discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.

Nice to have

• RCDD (Telecom/ICT) certification.
• PEng or PMP certifications.
