What you will do

• Develop comprehensive curricula and instructional materials for maritime fires missions.
• Create detailed lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical exercises.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes.
• Guide defense mission planning and solutions for the U.S. Navy.
• Integrate military doctrine into training materials to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or military training.
• 5+ years of experience with military fires processes (Field Artillery, Naval Surface Fire Support, or Joint Fires).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Military Instructor or Master Training Specialist.
• Knowledge of joint fires doctrine, specifically JP 3-09 and service-specific manuals.
• Experience developing content for simulated or virtual training environments.
• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
