TL;DR

Location: Remote (any location), with hubs in New York City, NY and Chicago, IL

What you will do

  • Target and engage C-suite executives to sell trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization platforms.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Act as a thought leader in the digital asset space to shape product and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align product capabilities with client needs.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to contract closure.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain platforms, and exchanges.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brokerage, trading, or capital markets.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency or digital asset space (highly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management.
  • Proven track record of developing new business with institutional clients.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and commitment to ethical standards.
