What you will do

• Partner with clients and practice leaders to translate business problems into actionable data science and AI solutions.
• Design and deploy production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, transformers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
• Optimize marketing campaigns through Machine Learning, A/B testing, and advanced data analysis to increase conversion rates.
• Build and maintain efficient data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and cloud-based big data technologies.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to monitor AI model grounding, factuality, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage people and lead detailed project plans, including milestones, risk management, and contingency planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, including model building and ML Ops.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK/spaCy, and Spark.
• Experience in email and direct marketing analytics and the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL process management.
• Must be based in Columbia, MD

Nice to have

• Exposure to ML Ops tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
