TL;DR

Retail and Activation Regional Manager (Retail Operations): Coordinating and tracking store-related projects from small improvements to large multi-store rollouts with an accent on logistics, budget management, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on executing project briefs into actionable deliverables, managing resource allocation, and ensuring seamless retail store activations.

Location: Hybrid in London (minimum three days a week in the office)

What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate, and track store-related projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are documented and maintained.
  • Manage critical project documentation including rollout trackers, budget logs, and risk/issue reports.
  • Coordinate the ordering, allocation, and delivery of store resources, fixtures, and display materials.
  • Translate project briefs from Commercial or Brand teams into actionable items and lead internal teams toward delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Managers to monitor progress and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Design Projects Manager, Retail Operations Manager, or Visual Merchandising Manager in a multi-store environment.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior leadership and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid: min 3 days/week).
