What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and track store-related projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are documented and maintained.
- Manage critical project documentation including rollout trackers, budget logs, and risk/issue reports.
- Coordinate the ordering, allocation, and delivery of store resources, fixtures, and display materials.
- Translate project briefs from Commercial or Brand teams into actionable items and lead internal teams toward delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and retail partners.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Managers to monitor progress and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Retail Design Projects Manager, Retail Operations Manager, or Visual Merchandising Manager in a multi-store environment.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior leadership and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid: min 3 days/week).
