What you will do

• Act as the primary owner of technical and product documentation for AI-powered enterprise workforce and skills products.
• Edit, review, and refine documentation drafts to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy for administrators and end-users.
• Manage page structure, navigation, and publishing schedules across multiple content platforms.
• Collaborate with product leadership to align documentation strategy, priorities, and messaging.
• Draft video scripts, community-facing announcements, and technical blog posts to support product adoption.
• Source and maintain visual assets while ensuring alignment with enterprise learning content standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience editing and reviewing technical documentation.
• 3+ years of experience publishing and maintaining documentation for enterprise software or SaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience supporting both administrative and end-user documentation channels.
• Proven ability to manage the full documentation lifecycle, including reviews, updates, and audits.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits and company presence).

• Experience supporting AI-powered or Copilot-style productivity tools.
• Familiarity with skills, workforce analytics, or learning platforms.
