What you will do

• Lead projects from programming to closeout, coordinating designs, documenting decisions, and ensuring deliverables meet standards.
• Apply engineering judgment to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Mentor Designers and engineers through guidance, reviews, and feedback to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Contribute to firm systems by updating GitHub standards, workflows, and tools via Pull Requests.
• Build client relationships through clear communication, pursuits support, and thought-leadership activities.
• Participate in design reviews, training, and cross-discipline coordination for consistent delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC or related services with ICT, Network, Wi-Fi expertise.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GitHub.
• Experience leading discipline portions of projects and providing guidance to junior staff.
• Strong project delivery knowledge, documentation, and cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites for meetings, surveys, or inspections.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Pull Requests for standards and workflows.
• Certifications: CDT, CCNA, EIT, PEng, PMP.
