What you will do

• Build the infrastructure function from scratch, taking full ownership from strategy to execution.
• Transform current infrastructure into a mature platform with clear service maps and ownership.
• Advance Terraform and Kubernetes maturity through modular IaC and standardized deployments.
• Develop a comprehensive observability system covering metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
• Implement robust security practices for access management and secrets handling.
• Optimize data infrastructure to ensure efficient pipelines for business analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Infrastructure or DevOps.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Helm (clusters, autoscaling, health checks).
• Hands-on experience with GCP projects, networking, and access management.
• Strong Terraform skills for infrastructure as code and state management.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Ability to write production-level code in Node.js/TypeScript or Python/Bash.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Knowledge of FinOps for infrastructure cost optimization and budgeting.
