What you will do

  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows to increase speed and reliability.
  • Reduce CI flakiness through systematic triage and root-cause analysis.
  • Shorten developer feedback loops by optimizing test strategies and local development workflows.
  • Strengthen CD and release processes to ensure secure and repeatable deployments.
  • Promote and implement GitOps and progressive delivery practices.
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify friction and deliver scalable automation and paved paths.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or Backend Engineer with a DevOps focus.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and release management.
  • Proven experience with build tools (Bazel, SWC) and CI workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools including Terraform and Helm.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.

Nice to have

  • Experience with monorepo tools such as Lerna, NX, or PNPM.
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.
