What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage the architecture of the AI Platform.
• Control AI-related costs, specifically regarding models, GPUs, and cloud resources.
• Collaborate with ML teams to operationalize and integrate AI models into production systems.
• Guarantee high availability of AI services through automation and industry best practices.
• Provide technical expertise to product teams to propose innovative infrastructure solutions.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and optimize overall system performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Strong professional experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience building secure and scalable high-availability environments on AWS.
• Proficiency with Python apps at scale and experience distributing GPU workloads.
• Ability to script or develop tools using Bash or Go.
• English: Minimum B2 level required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm charts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Argo Rollouts.
• Familiarity with Karpenter, KEDA, Velero, and Cilium.
• Experience with Cloud AI offerings like AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of Disaster Recovery Planning for cloud infrastructure.
