What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable cloud-native infrastructure for a SaaS platform.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to increase development velocity.
• Own production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to support infrastructure needs for new features.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 production support.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid experience with Terraform, Crossplane, Terragrunt, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Excellent Linux systems knowledge and scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• English: Advanced level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js / TypeScript environments.
• Familiarity with multiple Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RedHat, Oracle).
• Background in data-intensive or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
