What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain VM and Kubernetes infrastructure on GCP and AWS across multiple regions.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform modules and Spacelift orchestration.
• Build comprehensive observability solutions using Grafana Cloud, Prometheus/Mimir, and OTel collectors.
• Manage certificate lifecycles, DNS automation, and service mesh networking with Cilium.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams on capacity planning and disaster recovery.
• Eliminate operational toil by developing automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Bash.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes cluster administration, RBAC, and networking across production environments.
• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services including GKE, VPC networking, Cloud DNS, and IAM.
• Must be based in the UK (EMEA).

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools.
• Ability to effectively use LLM code assist tools to build software.
