What you will do

• Promote key Organised Play programs to retailers and customers.
• Coordinate and oversee the distribution and fulfillment of OP materials to deadlines.
• Support stores in the successful sign-up, execution, and reporting of OP programs.
• Liaise with suppliers and license holders to ensure activities meet brand guidelines.
• Manage and accurately record event and customer data.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Suppliers to ensure activities are executed on time.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Knowledge of Organised Play or other competitive rule systems.
• Team player capable of working independently.

• Previous CRM management experience.
