What you will do

• Lead property operations and ensure maintenance aligns with company objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets and analyze monthly financial statements, including operating variances and cash management.
• Supervise onsite team members, developing specifications and evaluating service performance.
• Collaborate with the Association Board of Directors and Developers to facilitate community solutions.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure all insurance and business license compliance.
• Manage resident communications, move-in processes, and community rule enforcement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Alexandria, VA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Community Property Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to address emergency situations.
• High School diploma required.
