What you will do

• Manage assigned areas, hire and develop high-performing teams, and provide leadership.
• Handle customer service issues, maintain high customer satisfaction, and achieve operational goals.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and operational issues affecting service delivery.
• Analyze data, ensure production systems and processes function daily, and monitor internal communications.
• Review financial statements, control costs, and meet department-specific KPIs.
• Contribute to immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Five to seven years of management experience with full P&L responsibility, budgeting, strategic planning, and workforce planning.
• Experience supervising people and resources to achieve results within timeframes.
• Attendance is essential; ability to relocate is required.
