Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania — hybrid work with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Salary: Gross €1,800–€2,600 per month, negotiable depending on experience.

hirify.global is growing its team from an office in the Antakalnis area of Vilnius.

What you will do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews focused on candidates’ experience, motivation, and fit.
• Manage recruitment processes from the first conversation through the final steps.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future opportunities.
• Keep candidates updated, support a positive candidate experience, and maintain organized recruitment tools and ATS records.
• Share ideas to improve hiring and gradually contribute to other HR projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, including conducting interviews.
• Confidence sourcing candidates and reaching out to new people.
• Ability to ask effective questions and get to know candidates during interviews.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
• Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple tasks.
• Enjoyment of working with people and being part of a team.
• Comfort communicating in English and Lithuanian.
