Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home) in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 2200–3500 EUR/month

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pools for both current and future organizational needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain the ATS and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.
• Support internal HR projects and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken).
• Proactive and organized approach to multitasking.
• Comfort in initiating conversations and engaging with new people.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
