Content Librarian (AEM)

What you will do

• Administer and govern AEM Assets to ensure secure storage, access control, and efficient searchability.
• Develop and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomies, tagging standards, and naming conventions.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including ingestion, bulk uploads, versioning, and archiving.
• Curate and publish approved assets while ensuring adherence to enterprise governance standards.
• Track digital rights, licensing, and usage restrictions, resolving outdated or non-compliant assets.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to troubleshoot workflows and deliver governance training.

Requirements

• Experience administrating enterprise digital asset management (DAM) systems.
• Advanced understanding of metadata standards, taxonomy, and digital rights management.
• Deep knowledge of the asset lifecycle, enrichment, and versioning principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of design applications including Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Premiere Pro.
• Advanced understanding of standard file formats, codecs, compression, and colour management.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
