Location: London, GB. Must be able to work in the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday).

What you will do

• Produce and manage photoshoots for both print and digital platforms.
• Conduct high-end photo research, sourcing, licensing, and editing.
• Identify and negotiate artist rights and contributor contracts.
• Discover new photography talent and review portfolios for print and online stories.
• Manage art and photo budgets in collaboration with the Managing Editor.
• Archive, label, and organize images within the internal database.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing editorial photography content.
• Proven track record of commissioning and supervising complex photoshoots under tight deadlines and budgets.
• Thorough knowledge of artist rights and copyright law.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and strong picture research skills across multiple genres.
• Ability to work in the London office four days per week.
