What you will do

• Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, and chemical cleaning products along an established route.
• Build rapport with key decision-makers and act as the primary face of the company to customers.
• Grow the existing customer base through strategic upselling and cross-selling of services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and maintain inventory control.
• Ensure high quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with all driving and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid, full, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to meet provincial requirements for driving regulated vehicles weighing over 10,000 lbs.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of an indoor/outdoor, fast-paced role.
• Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation.
